Track seating tickets are sold out for the Aug. 2 Chris Daughtry concert at the Clearfield County Fair.

Grandstand and bleacher seats are still available at this time. All seating still remains available for Foreigner on July 29, Jason Aldean and Miranda Lambert on July 30 and Cinderella and Warrant on Aug. 1.

Event tickets and the advance $3 single gate admission pass and the $5 gate admission/ride pass can be purchased online at http://www.clearfieldcountyfair.com/ or by mailing in the official ticket order form. The advance gate and gate/ride passes are only available until July 27 or while supplies last. Visa and MasterCard are accepted.

The guys have managed to do it for the third time! Daughtry have gotten to the top of the ‘Adult Contemporary’ Singles Chart in the US for the third time with ‘Feels Like Tonight’! Daughtry and Nickelback are the only acts to achieve three #1s singles from a single album.

ONONDAGA COUNTY, N.Y. — An “American Idol” star is set to kick off the 2008 New York State Fair concert series at the Grandstand.

Chris Daughtry and his band will perform the opening night of the fair on August 21st. Tickets go on sale Saturday, May 10th at 10 a.m. Seats are $45 and $35.

Daughtry’s 2006 debut album sold more than four million copies, making it the top-selling album of 2007.

Hey yall! The Bon Jovi tour is over! Joey and I are on the way home now from Atlanta. It’s been an amazing tour for us. Thank you all for coming out and supporting us. We NEVER felt like an opening act out there, with all you guys singing every song with us. We felt the love for sure, so thank you for making it great for us. I wanna thank Jon for having me out there singing Blaze with him…..I’m gonna miss that. Also, thank you all for buying our record….. and getting others to buy it as well. 4 MILLION BABY!!!!! WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! We have the best fans in world.
On a side note, you gotta check out a couple albums for me.
The new Sevendust album Chapter VII: Hope and Sorrow ( I do a song on there called The Past). If you haven’t bought it yet, please do. They are great friends of mine and a band I’ve loved and respected for a long time.

Online ticket sales for Clearfield County Fair grandstand events and concerts, as well as advance gate passes, are set to launch Monday at 10 a.m. on the fair’s official Web site at www.clearfieldcountyfair.com . This is the first time in fair history that online ticket sales have been available.

The fair lineup features Chris Daughtry, Jason Aldean and Miranda Lambert, Foreigner, and Cinderella and Warrant. Tickets are filled in the order they are received. Visa and Mastercard will be accepted.

A new advance $3 single gate admission pass and a $5 gate admission/ride pass will be offered this year. These passes will only be available until July 27 or while supplies last. Bates Brothers Amusements will be returning to provide rides on the midway. The fair runs from July 28 to August 2.

Daughtry, featuring chrome-domed “American Idol” finalist Chris Daughtry, opened the show with a set drawing from their self-titled debut album. Perhaps for the benefit of older fans, the band also delivered a worthy version of Foreigner’s 1977 chestnut, “Feels Like the First Time.”
